We are aware having people in and out of you your home while a gardening project is being carried out can be disruptive to you, your family and your neighbours, so we always take this into consideration by only having no more than the required number of people for the job to reduce unnecessary footfall through your property and surroundings. At AJ's Tree Care we offer a range of services:

Our team size will depend on the size of the project. Most of the time there will be at least two team members in attendance. When you request a job to be carried out with AJ's Tree Care, Arthur the founder will be present for most projects and will assign an appropriate amount of team members to complete the job in good time. Our team members are highly experienced and always work to a high standard, our focus is to make sure you are happy with the results. We like to think of ourselves as good friendly reasonable chaps.

Our customers use our services time and time again because we pride ourselves on a job well done. We are passionate about producing quality work, using top quality material, having a fantastic finish and most importantly tidying up, whilst delivering exceptional customer service. We bring a rake, brush and pan so we leave your property in the same condition as we found it. We aim to ensure minimum waste so we organise for all the waste to be taken to a recycle kip and all the wood is recycled.

How does it work and what does the process involve?

Simply fill out the form below, a member of our team will get in contact with you to discuss the work you are looking to have carried out. We will make an appointment with you to come out and carryout an estimate, then we will provide you with a quote and if you are happy to go ahead we will make arrangements of when the job can be started.

How many team members will be at my property during the job?

Depends on the job, if it is a big job we can have three to four team members on site. Generally there will be two people for most job requirements. We show consideration to your home and neighbours by not having a flood of people walking in and out of your property and only bringing the amount of people required for the job without disturbing those around.

Will my property be left in a mess once the job is completed?

We bring a rake, brush and pan to ensure we clean up after ourselves when the work is completed. We always feel like if we go to some bodies place to do work for them, we would like it left the same way we would like our home and garden left.

Do you need access to the property when I am not there?

Whenever we carry out work for people, if they offer to leave their door open to make a cup of tea or use the toilet, we tell them if they go anywhere lock up and secure everything, it is outside work and we have no need to be inside your house.

Working with elderly customers?

If your elder relative is looking to get work done we will keep you in the loop each step of the process. If we work for old aged people we will always ask them if they have got a relation or family member they can ring to explain to them exactly what we are doing and how much it is costing them. If they don't have anyone then we will go to the neighbour and explain them what we are doing, that way there are no mix up.

Do you recycle the waste?

Yes, we are very proud to say that all the wood is to taken to be recycled.

Are the materials from the local DIY stores?

When we do a decking or fencing job it lasts. The quality of the materials we use is second to none because it doesn't come from a big brand DIY store, it doesn't come from any shop, a proper fencing man makes it. We use pressure treated fencing, the decking boards we use are nothing like any other they are about 6inches wide and an inch thickness, so they will never rot and we use the green screws to screw them down with, they are like a plastic coating, so when it rains you don't get any brown stains.
